A structured delivery review of a PMO, involving deliverables
analysis, interviews and workshops, with recommendations on next steps

Development and implementation of ‘get well’ plans for PMOs, usually
following a health check, to establish best practice operations.
> PMO Start-Up
Consultancy on how to implement a PMO.
> Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching provided on specific areas (e.g. issue management, document
management), or broadly across PMO (e.g. to a PMO Manager), or to
achieve a defined objective (e.g. a Gateway review).
> Appointment of KB's staff within client PMOs
Where the client feels it necessary to appoint an external PMO
specialist to their team (e.g. as a Risk Manager) Appointment of KB's
staff as managers of client PMOs Where the client wishes to appoint an
external experienced PMO Manager to lead their in-house team, either
on a full-time or transitional basis.
